The Founding Families Campaign is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to help build the future home of our theater and leave a permanent legacy within the arts community.

This theater will become more than a performance venue, it will be a place where children discover confidence, artists find their voice, families gather together, and stories come to life for decades to come. Every rehearsal, standing ovation, costume change, opening night, and life-changing moment will happen within the spaces created through the generosity of our founding supporters.

Founding Families and business partners who participate in this campaign will receive permanent recognition through naming opportunities throughout the facility. These gifts directly support the creation, development, and long-term sustainability of the theater and educational conservatory.

By placing your family or business name on a space within the theater, you become part of the foundation upon which future generations of performers and students will grow.

Naming Opportunities

Naming Rights Term

All naming opportunities within the Founding Families Campaign are granted for the initial seven-year lease term of the facility. Should the organization remain in the facility beyond the guaranteed lease term, naming recognition is intended to continue for as long as the organization occupies and operates within the space.

This structure allows founding supporters to establish a meaningful and visible legacy during the foundational years of the theater while supporting the long-term growth and sustainability of the organization.

Grand Patron Opportunities

Main Stage Theater

Suggested Naming Gift: $125,000

The Main Stage Theater will serve as the heart of the organization: the home for large-scale productions, musical theater performances, student showcases, concerts, special events, and community gatherings.

This space will welcome thousands of audience members each year and become the centerpiece of the theater’s public identity.

The named donor will receive:

  • Exclusive naming rights to the Main Stage Theater
  • Commemorative dedication during the initial Ribbon Cutting Event (if sold prior to event)
  • Prominent permanent signage at the theater entrance
  • Recognition in season programs and donor materials
  • Recognition in production programs for YATA events 
  • VIP invitations to opening nights and special events
  • Recognition on the Founding Families Legacy Wall

Black Box Theater

Suggested Naming Gift: $75,000

The Black Box Theater is an intimate, flexible performance and rehearsal venue designed for smaller productions, experimental works, student-directed performances, cabarets, workshops, and educational programming.

This highly utilized space allows artists and students to explore creativity in a close, immersive environment.

The named donor will receive:

  • Exclusive naming rights to the Black Box Theater
  • Prominent recognition during the initial Ribbon Cutting Event (if sold prior to event)
  • Permanent signage at theater entrance
  • Recognition in production programs for YATA events

Large Classroom / Conservatory Studio

Suggested Naming Gift: $35,000

The Large Classroom and Conservatory Studio is a versatile instructional and rehearsal space that will host acting classes, vocal instruction, movement training, workshops, rehearsals, and educational programming throughout the year.

As one of the most heavily utilized spaces in the facility, this room will serve students of all ages on a daily basis.

The named donor will receive:

  • Permanent recognition plaque outside the classroom
  • Recognition on the Founding Families Legacy Wall
  • Inclusion in annual donor recognition materials
  • VIP invitations to performances and donor events

These classrooms support small-group instruction, rehearsals, coaching sessions, workshops, and arts education programming.

Used throughout the week for conservatory training and production preparation, these rooms provide a focused environment for learning and collaboration.

The Scene Shop is the creative workshop where scenic artists, students, and volunteers build the physical world of each production.

Sets, platforms, props, and stage elements are constructed here through hands-on collaboration and craftsmanship.

The named donor will receive:

Main Stage Technical Booth

Suggested Naming Gift: $25,000 – SOLD

The Technical Booth houses the lighting, sound, and show operation systems that help bring every production to life.

Students, technicians, and volunteers will operate performances from this space throughout the season.

The named donor will receive:

Attached directly to the Main Stage Theater, this dressing room serves performers participating in major productions, musicals, concerts, and community events.

The space supports costume changes, performer preparation, vocal warmups, and the backstage traditions that make live theater special.

The named donor will receive:

Located behind the Main Stage Theater, this production support space houses props, set pieces, hand props, and essential show materials used throughout the season.
